What is Interop's response to the recent flu warnings?

Interop is closely monitoring the H1N1 (Swine) Influenza outbreak on behalf all our exhibitors, attendees and partners. We are working closely with each of our venues to ensure appropriate procedures are in place to provide a safe environment, per the advice of public health experts. According to the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Association (WHO), H1NI Influenza should not discourage people from traveling to or within the United States. Therefore, all Interop events will continue as scheduled. If the situation changes we will update you.

How do I get to the Convention Center?

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from the New York New York ONLY.

Shuttle service will operate in 15-minute intervals. Shuttle signage will be visible in the hotel lobby for pick-up location. Hours of operation are:

Sunday and Monday, May 17-18 from 7:00-10:00 AM & 4:00-7:00 PM
Tuesday, May 19 from 7:30-10:00 AM & 4:00-8:00 PM
Wednesday and Thursday, May 20-21 from 7:30-10:00 AM & 4:00-7:00 PM

For wheelchair accessible transportation, please call 1-866-439-8563. (Please allow 30 minutes for arrival of transportation).

How much does it cost to attend?

Interop Las Vegas 2009 offers several levels of registration, ranging from a free Expo Pass to a comprehensive Flex Pass. Visit the registration packages & pricing page for all package details and prices.

Are there registration discounts?

Discounts are available for Groups of 3 or more and organizations affiliated with Government, Education or Non-for-Profit sectors. These discounts apply to the: Flex, Conference+Workshop and Conference passes only and must be paid in full by May 4, 2009.

Government or Groups of 3 or more: save $100 off of current price.

Education or Non-profit save 25% off of the onsite price.

All group discount registrations must be submitted from the same company at the same time (within 24 hours). Each attendee must complete a separate registration form. Group discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.

Can I attend just the Expo?

Yes. Register for a free Expo Pass or purchase an Expo Plus Pass to access the Expo.

Expo Hours:
Tuesday, May 19: 10am - 5pm
Wednesday, May 20: 10am - 5pm
Thursday, May 21: 10am - 3pm

All Expo passes include access to Keynotes, InteropNet Tours and a full calendar of free sessions. Expo Plus pass also includes admission to the Attendee Party on Tuesday, May 19, Conference bag, preferred seating at Keynotes and a single session pass for the Interop paid conference program.
